Refund and Exchange Policy

At Madera Home, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture and a positive shopping experience. This policy applies to orders delivered within Egypt and is subject to applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

Returned items should be kept in their original condition, without damage caused by the customer, and with all included parts and accessories.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from the agreed order specifications, contact us as soon as possible at eva.adel9@gmail.com.

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable Egyptian law. Eligible defective items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded as required by law.

3. Custom-Made Furniture and Kitchens

Some Madera Home products are manufactured according to customer-specific dimensions, colors, materials, or designs.

Products manufactured to the customer's special specifications and matching the agreed specifications may be excluded from returns or exchanges without cause where permitted by Egyptian law.

This exception does not remove any applicable legal rights relating to defective products or failure to meet the agreed specifications.

4. Shipping Costs

For returns or exchanges requested for reasons other than a defect or an error on our part, shipping and collection costs may be the customer's responsibility, where permitted by applicable law.

5. Refunds

Once a return is accepted, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable Egyptian law and the payment method used for the original purchase.
